Join us in welcoming another new member of the Hauptstadtfloß family – the event ship Arcona!
Set off on your personal & exclusive cruise on the Spree. With a total capacity for up to 60 people, the former tugboat offers the perfect location for larger groups. The newly extended interior not only invites you to linger, but can also be transformed into a trendy party location in no time at all. The front deck is also equipped with bar tables. Cold drinks and our courteous service staff await you at the central bar counter.
With its historical character, the Arcona exudes a very distinctive atmosphere – the ideal contrast to the modern rebuild, which includes a few technical innovations. The first-class sound system offers various options for connecting audio and TV. LED light strips allow you to choose from a wide range of lighting options: From subtle ambient lighting to an exuberant party atmosphere – we are equipped for everything. And our in-house caterer Spreeküche is always ready to take care of your physical well-being with just the right food and drinks. Whether you want a small snack, a rustic BBQ or a lavish buffet – you’ll be spoiled for choice. A spacious staircase leads you down to the buffet area, which actually used to serve as a galley.

Charter
The package price includes the rental of the Arcona incl. captain, sailor, 1 service person (up to 20/25 people), fuel costs and final cleaning.
2 hours = 1.525,00€ net – 1.814,75€ gross
3 hours = 1.825€ net – 2.171,75€ gross
4 hours = 2.125,00€ net – 2.528,75€ gross
5 hours = 2.425,00€ net – 2.885,75€ gross
6 hours = 2725,00€ net – 3242,75€ gross
Each additional hour 300,00€ net – 357,00€ gross
Drinks
A minimum amount of drinks per person per hour is required for each boat rental in the high season. In principle, additional drinks at the bar can be charged according to consumption.
Minimum consumption of drinks: €5.00 net (€5.95 gross) x number of people x hours of sailing.
Example: 20 people on a 3 hour trip = 20 people x 3 hours x €5.00 = €300.00 net. The drinks offered for consumption at the bar can be defined in advance.
Basic drinks package: €8.50 net (€10.12 gross) per person per hour.
The basic drinks package includes soft drinks, sparkling wine, wine and beer.
Additional drinks such as long drinks and spirits can be purchased separately or together.
Basic plus drinks package: €10.50 net (€12.50 gross) per person / hour.
Includes everything in the Basic Drinks Package plus better white & red wines and Cremant (instead of sparkling wine).
Long drinks package (LD): €6.00 net (€7.14 gross) per person per hour.
Includes long drinks, a selection of pre-determined cocktails and spirits and can be booked separately.
Long drinks, cocktails and spirits are not included in other packages but can be charged as consumed.

Our routes with the Arcona event ship
Experience being captain for a day – you can decide where to go! There are 14 routes to choose from: you can take a small or large city tour, go for a swim in the Müggelsee or tour the big lakes; discover Little Venice, a romantic district on the Havel, or explore Lake Tegel. Discover Berlin from a new perspective by touring the beautiful sights it has to offer by the water. Choose your own adventure!
As not all boats can sail all routes*, our event office will be happy to advise you on which boat fits your preferred tour. The Oberbaumbrücke is our main mooring, but various jetties throughout the cities can be used. You can take a closer look at the respective route in our navigation. The first name indicates the respective landing stage.
The winter season starts in November and ends in February. During this time, our boats are decorated for winter so that you can enjoy Berlin in a cozy atmosphere even on cold days. Of course, the Arcona is also heated.
